Fraction clinic

Sessions available - May Half Term 2023

Are you struggling with fractions?  

Need a refresher course before your exams? 

Or maybe you like the sound of spending time doing fun maths games and activities?

This day is aimed at students in Year 6, 7 and 8 but would also be useful for older students as a refresher course.  We will focus on developing a full understanding of what a fraction is and how to problem solve using addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.  We will also look at the connections with decimals and percentages and how to work out fractions of amounts.  All activities done in a fun, multi-sensory way.

10 - 3 pm - including lunch or bring your own. 

I am a fully insured and qualified teacher, with DBS and safeguarding training.
